Some of my favorite spreads I did for the retro dread manual! These were made to help recap the story of Metroid fusion.

Coming up with the new designs for each character was so much fun, especially the X parasite and retro fusion Samus .

For those who didn’t follow me from Twitter, you might not know that I’m a CG/VFX character animator by day. Here are all the movies I’ve worked on!

Captain America: Winter Soldier - digi-double stuff on the quinjet bridge fight, lots of shield bouncing animation

Sausage Party - too many things to mention, all of them suitably unspeakable

Surf’s Up 2: WaveMania - I animated the Fish Milk scene (and I’m sorry)

Hotel Transylvania 3 - lots of random shots here and there, biggest one is the dog running up the kraken tentacle at the end

Aquaman - more digidouble stuff, sharks and fish and Atlantean machines

Pokémon: Detective Pikachu - the Mr Mime scene of him putting out the match, some Mewtwo fight scene stuff, crowd animation

Sonic the Hedgehog - uncredited work on the original version

I pivoted to cute kids TV animation a few years ago so no more movies for me (probably) but it’s been a ride! And having a webcomic to work on has kept me sane throughout~

Uh oh! Another Sonarian Adventures angst video! (That I made like, 3 days ago but it don’t matter) And it’s Nyum Nyum! The Verklixin in this video is NOT the same one that killed Chocolate and Strawberry’s parents, however it is his mom. If you wanna know more about how Nyum Nyum has any relation to the verklixin, scroll down on my tumblr and look at the “all eyes on me” video I posted. It explains it briefly there.

personal goals for 2023

these are in no particular order~

physical, mental, spiritual and financial stability

yoga + exercise at least twice a week

accepting every part of myself and setting boundaries

more time to rest and recover from burnout

showing up for those i care for without overextending myself

sobriety

finding the right platforms to promote my creative businesses

creating more good memories with my family and friends

healthier eating

honing my digital art and animation skills

walking, talking, & existing like the woman i’ve always wanted to be

starting on my half-arm tattoo sleeves

gaining more social standing for networking purposes

building a better relationship with myself, including but not limited to more positive self-talk

road trip with my friends and/or family

taking myself out on dates, buying myself flowers & sweet gifts, & overall setting the standard for how i want to be treated in a relationship

starting my (very successful) creative business journey

moving into a new, high-quality yet affordable apartment

buying a pc + tablet for writing, drawing, animating, and gaming

being more active on social media to boost my confidence (only posting what i like regardless of how popular i think it’ll be!)

learning astrology, tarot, energy reading, and other spiritual disciplines

learning photography and cinematography

last, but most certainly not least, staying positive no matter what happens. no matter how hard life hits me, i’ll hit it right back 10x harder!

remember, you’ve had the same vision your whole life. the life you want for yourself and those you love is not too good for you, and it’s not too far out of reach. discipline is key! self-love, rest, and determination are solid foundations. keep going no matter what! the universe will align everything for you 💗✨

Does tumblr like videos? I don’t know, but here’s a video of our current progress on “I could beat you with my eyes closed!!” A 2D animated boxing game!

I am the game’s lead artist and only animator! It’s been a real blast seeing this all come together.

We are about a month away from a demo if you are interested!

Also this is Mittz the main character. He’s a cocky little boxer who wants to beat people up to prove he’s the number 1 champion!
